Home and School- is in need of officers for the 2017-2018 school year. They need a president  (which fulfills 8 of the 10 volunteer hours) and a secretary and a treasurer (both of which fulfills 7 out of the 10 volunteer hours). If you are interested in being an officer please contact Mary Ritchie at marywagritchie@gmail.com.

 

Registration Folders and Uniform Order Forms- for 2017-2018 have gone home with elementary-high school students in  a red folder! Please fill out the paperwork and return to the front office by May 25th! Included in the folder is a uniform order form from Educational Outfitters. If you wish to order uniform tops- please fill out the form and return it with payment to the front office by May 25th. These orders will be ready and given out at the August 10th Open House  in time to be worn on the first day of school! In mid-August we will send home another order form for spirit wear andanother uniform order form. These will be delivered end of September!

 

Nebraska Vocational Rehabilitation-forms were sent home this week with students who are age 14 and older. Please fill this form out and return to school as soon as possible. This will determine if your child is eligible to receive free pre-employment transition services from the VR.

Summer School- forms have been mailed out. Summer School will be held June 5th – 23rd. It will run from 8:15- 12:15, Monday through Friday. If you are interested in Summer School, please return the form and payment to the front office by May 12th, 2017.

 

2016-2017 Yearbooks- Yearbook  order forms have gone home with your students. The yearbooks are available to purchase on a pre-order basis.The cost of the yearbook will still be $20.00. There is an optional personalized page you may order for your child. It is $5.00 for ¼ page, $10.00 for ½ page and $20.00 for a full page. The order form, payment and personalized order page are all due to Diane Hancock in the front office by May 15th, 2017. Please call the front office at 402-556-1883 if you have any questions.

Graduation- will be May 16, 2017 at St. James Church.

May 12,15 and 16- Practice for Graduation is 12:30-3:00

May 16- Decorate hall for reception 12:30-3:00

                May 16- Graduation ceremony at St. James Catholic Church followed by reception in the hall.

                - Doors open at 6:00 pm.

                - Graduates report to prnicipal or director by 6:30 pm

                - Ceremony begins at 7:00 pm

 

 Madonna School Golf Classic- will be Monday, May 15, 2017 at Champions Run in Omaha! We are still in need of 2 more  volunteers. If you can help please email Jeff Horeis at jeff@nationalseniorinsurance.com for more information!

 

Carnival-will be May 13, 2017 from 12:00 to 3:00pm. Flyers went home with information on volunteering your time and/or items. These are the items need: 104 hot dogs, 104 hot dog buns, 150 small bags of chips, 75 cans of soda, 30 bottles of water, 2 bottles of ketchup, 1 bottle of mustard and 1 bottle of pickle relish. Please fill out the volunteer slip and return to Mrs. JoAnn Griffel.

Plant Sale- will be May 13th from 9:00 to 2:00 pm.

 

Reminder- please call the front office before 9:00 am if your child is going to be absent or late.

We must call in our hot lunch count to St. Philip Neri by 9:00 am.
